Welcome to the Swedish visa application centre in Istanbul:

Istanbul Vize Hizmetleri ve Organizasyon Ltd. Sti. is the official intermediary in Istanbul for the Consulate General of Sweden for visa applications. In order to facilitate your travel arrangements, the applications for a Swedish Schengen-visa will be accepted by Istanbul Vize Hizmetleri ve Organizasyon Ltd. Sti.

Istanbul Vize will provide information about visa procedures, assist you in making your visa application and receive your visa application. The only decision authority on issuing visas is the Consulate General of Sweden.

Istanbul Vize Hizmetleri ve Organizasyon Ltd. Sti. provides service to persons residing in Turkey.

In order to provide a good service to our customers, our company works with an appointment system.

Your can use three (3) different ways to make an appointment:

We kindly request you to read the following explanations carefully and to choose the appropriate visa type before filling in your visa application form.

ALL VISA APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO VISIT THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF SWEDEN FOR BIOMETRIC PHOTO AND INTERVIEWS

NOTE:

Please note that the visa procedures may take longer if you are not a Turkish citizen. A copy of a document stating that you reside in the Republic of Turkey is requested together with your application.

Visa is not required for Turkish citizens holding a Diplomatic. Service or Special passport.

For those who wish to apply for a visa directly from the Consulate General of Sweden, you may visit the visa department at the Consulate Monday – Thursday between 11.30 – 12.30.

If you wish to apply for residence permit for family re-union/family ties, residence permit for students or work permit you have to contact the Consulate General of Sweden directly by telephone 0212/334 060 Monday-Thursday between 14.00-16.00 or by mail generalkonsulat.istanbul-visum@foreign.ministry.se or visit the Consulate General of Sweden Monday – Thursday between 11.30-12.30.
